b) 15 min Plyo/Form(short)

c) 15 min Both side deflect & CF Goal Scoring a circle D2 & D3
d) 15 min Free hits outside circle D2 only
e) 30 min Set plays long corners ( with opposition),
shot corners after hit keeper (with opposition if enough players)
D2 only, any part of ground for half of time, portable goals. Circle for other half (share with D4)
f) 15 min game practise patterns esp midfield full ground L2, D2, D4
