g) 30 min Set plays penalty corners,

long corners (with and without opposition),

16 yd hits if space permits

D2 only, any part of ground for half of time, portable goals. Circle for other half (share with D4)
h) 15 min game practise patterns esp midfield full ground L2, D2, D4
