To develop template at a greater rate than in previous weeks by using turf for 2  instead 1 h.     To focus on individual skills for plays as well as plays themselves. Drill

d.25 min d1.5 attacks on goal. Forwards only h.15min running & strength excercises
d.25 min d2.16 yd hits, Backs only. Left act as fwds for rights & vise versa.
