The basics of Hockey are Hitting, Dribbling and Trapping.
HITTING
Before hitting fix in your mind (using your eyes) where you want the ball to go.
Then turn over control to your reflexes but continue to allow brain to consume
information by focusing your eyes on the ball.
(Train your reflexes to tighten your "B-Line", breath out and have firm foot contact
with the ground on impact with the ball)
